- We usually process the orders within 24/48 hours of purchase (Monday – Friday)
- Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us, courier times may vary – longer for international deliveries (from the UK) we will always aim to provide delivery lead times

- Orders not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays
- An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order
- Standard UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail signed and tracked service

- The ‘signed for’ service requires that someone is at home to receive the package. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. We can resend it, but additional postage costs will be applicable.
- We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, in this case you must file a complaint with the carrier.
- If an item does not arrive, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any exchange/refund being offered. In this case it is the carriers policy that we wait 15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (internationally) before this can be done.
- PLEASE NOTE: Your order can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched, once it has been dispatched, depending on your chosen delivery option, it can take up to 5 working days to be delivered to you in the UK. If it is an International Delivery it can take up to 20 working days to be delivered to you.
Shipping rates fluctuate and are subject to change. A full list of our shipping costs can be provided upon request – current shipping prices relevant to you and your location are visible at the checkout.
- All pre-order items are not yet available and cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date.
- All pre-orders must be paid in full to secure your order.
- If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the release date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the release.
- Sizing is stated on the specific designs Product Page however not all pre-orders can be the same size as other products on the website.
- The time-frames of arrival provided on the Product Page are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but ensure that we will do our absolute best to make sure they come on time
- Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time for a store credit, exchange or a full refund if emailed before it is dispatched.
Stockroom Sale orders
- Our stock room sale items are sold as seen. These are items that have been returned to us and are in a prefect re-sale able condition (unless otherwise stated in the product page)
- Stockroom sale orders are unique items reduced in price due to the condition or circumstances. Each listing will explain the details of of the item listing any damage or distinguishing features – these items cannot be reproduced at the same price
- No Exchanges or Refunds on stockroom sale orders – if in doubt about a stockroom sale order, please contact us

- Items must be returned within 30days
- Return form must be included (once live)
- Items must be in their original form (NOT tampered with, damaged or changed in any way)
- Stockroom sale items are not available for Exchange or a Refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of damage, alteration or misuse
- Lucki13 does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to info@lucki13com, before sending the item back
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
- No refunds for items damaged in shipping, in that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method
