What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our delivery charges are based on your global location and charged in relation to your distance from the UK.

Our web-site should recognise your country, and you can choose a flat-rate of postage or in some cases a special signed and/or tracked service – please see the available options at the checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept PayPal, and you don’t need an account to be able to pay us with your debit or credit card.

We also use Stripe which recognises all major credit and debit cards – see our footer for accepted card types.

How long will delivery take?

Your delivery lead-time will vary dependent on your global location. Below is a rough guide to delivery lead times. please note all time-frames are best estimates and that circumstances may occasionally dictate delays or issues. Please contact us for any further information at info@lucki13.com

All deliveries will take as long as the longest lead-time – ie. if you order prints as well as framed prints, the lead time will be that of the framed prints for all items.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Very.

Shopping with us is entirely secure. We use PayPal and Stripe, two of the most recognised payment methods used in the world.

We do not store any of your data, all payment data is held by your chosen payment method provider. We use only the contact details you provide us to contact you in relation to your order and deliver your package to you.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order, the order details are checked by us as well as whether your payment has been correctly received.

Upon confirmation of payment to us, we will contact you with the details of your order along with an order number.

We then action the order to be printed and will contact you with the delivery details of your order.

You receive your artwork and hang it on the wall of your choice.

You enjoy artwork, you tell all your friends about it, they place orders and everyone is happy.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes.

We will include an invoice with your delivery.

How do I get an answer to my question that isn't in this list?

We want you to get the answers you need. There’s nothing more we hate than a list of FAQs that doesn’t cover your question and offers no alternative.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any question you might have. If you can supply your message  written in English, it will be answered more promptly, but don’t let this stop you.
